The power of plants
The avocado, fruit of the avocado tree native to Central America, was considered sacred by the Aztecs. It was introduced to Europe in the 16th century and nicknamed "the American pear". Containing vitamins, minerals, proteins and essential fatty acids, it is an almost complete food and has long been used as a treatment for migraines, respiratory disorders and skin diseases.
Skincare benefits of Organic avocado oil
In cosmetics, organic avocado oil softens and promotes supple skin.
