The power of plants
A sacred tree in Mediterranean countries, the olive tree has been closely linked to the history of man for centuries, serving as a symbol of peace, hope, longevity and strength. It not only has a remarkable lifespan but also many uses: its bark, fruit and leaves are all used in the building, culinary and medical fields. In traditional medicine, its fruit and leaves have recognized anti-free radical, digestive and circulatory benefits.
