    What can I buy with the e-Gift Card?

    It allows you to give Clarins Spa Treatments as well as products from the Clarins.ie website or the Clarins Boutique & Spa in Dublin.

    How is the e-Gift Certificate used?

    It’s really easy to use: On the clarins.ie website, tick the “I use an e-Gift Certificate” box at the payment stage and enter the barcode and three digit pin code. The pin code can be found on the back of the card on the bottom right hand side. Scratch to reveal the code.

    In Clarins Boutiques & Spas, pay with it directly at the checkout. To offer a Spa Treatment, consider reserving in advance at the Clarins Boutique & Spa in Dublin.

    How long is the e-Gift Certificate valid?

    It is valid for five years from the date of receipt of the confirmation email.

    Where can I use the e-Gift Certificate?

    It can be used online at Clarins.ie as well as in the Clarins Boutique & Spas in Dublin. You can not use it in Kildare Village, department stores and pharmacies. See our points of sale https://www.clarins.ie/find-a-store-spa

    Can the e-Gift Certificate be used more than once?

    Yes, until the total amount has been completely used. You can view the remaining balance either on your online Clarins personal account in the “e-Gift Certificate” section, or by asking in the Clarins Boutique & Spa in Dublin.

    How can I find out the balance of the e-Gift Certificate?

    All you have to do is create an account or log in to your Clarins.ie online account and click on the “Gift Card” section.

    Which countries can the e-Gift Certificate be used in?

    You can only use it in the country where it was purchased.

    Is it possible to receive it by post?

    No, the e-Gift Certificate is only available online. However, you can print it out after you have received your confirmation email or go in store to have a physical card. It is also possible to simply show your card on your smartphone in the store.

    Can I exchange or receive a refund on my e-Gift Certificate?

    No, it is not possible to exchange or receive a refund on your e-Gift Certificate.

    Can I benefit from the current promotional offer on clarins.ie site when purchasing an e-Gift Card?

    You cannot benefit from the current promotional offer if you buy an e-Gift Card only on the clarins.ie site.

    You can benefit from the current promotional offer if you buy a Gift Card and Clarins products that are eligible to the offer on the clarins.ie site.

    When will you receive the e-Gift Certificate?

    If you have only purchased an e-Gift Certificate: An email will be sent to you to claim your e-Gift Certificate as soon as your payment has been processed. This process can take between 1 and 2 business days.

    If you have purchased an e-Gift Certificate and one or more Clarins products: An email will be sent to you to claim your e-Gift Certificate as soon as your order (e-Gift Certificate and products) is shipped. This process can take between 1 and 2 business days.
