The power of plants
Narrow-leaf plantain is a common wild plant found in fields and meadows with long, slender leaves marked by very fine ribs. These ribs are so fine that, according to legend, they could only be the work of fairies. The plant is edible but also has many important therapeutic benefits. The leaf is used to treat a whole range of digestive complaints and skin conditions and even has exceptional skin-regenerating properties.
