Shopping | Tracking Your Order

Once we have received your order, you will receive a confirmation email from us. If you do not receive a confirmation email within an hour of placing, please contact our Customer Service team via our customer service form or email customerservice-ie@online.clarins.com

You will then receive another email from us once your order has been dispatched. Within this email will be your UPS/DPD tracking reference number to track your order online or via their app. On average, your order should take between 2 to 5 working days to arrive.
