My Loyalty Scheme


  1. How does the loyalty programme work?

    Club Clarins is a points-based loyalty program.

    Members earn points by shopping for Clarins products on and spending on Clarins Spa services. You earn 10 point for every €1 you spend online (not including delivery charges, loyalty codes gift cards and open spa).

    The more points you earn, the higher your tier and the more benefits you enjoy—including an even more exciting selection of full size product rewards! Explore the rewards boutique.
    TIER 1: RED 0-1,499 points
    TIER 2: SILVER 1,500-5,999 points
    TIER 3: RED 6,000+ points
  2. How do I check my loyalty points?

    When you log onto your account and click on the "My Club Clarins" section, you will be able to view your pending points, released or redeemed points in “My points recap”.
  3. How many loyalty points do I receive for a purchase?

    • Everyone who registers for an account will automatically earn 50 loyalty points.
    • You earn 10 point for every €1 spent on (not including delivery charges, loyalty codes, open spa or gift cards)


  1. How do I earn points?

    Earning points is easy!
    • Sign up for Club Clarins = 50 bonus points
    • €1 spent on = 10 points
    • Share your birth date with us = €10 off your next order during the month of your birthday. Valid one-time only.
    • Shop for the second time in 3 months= 150 bonus points in addition to the points earned from your order purchases and activities are automatically credited to your account. . Once you earn 1,500 points, treat yourself to your first reward!
  2. How long will my loyalty points/code be valid for?

    Points are valid for 12 months and  vouchers expires 6 months from the date of issue.
  3. Why aren't my loyalty points updating?

    Points acquired by purchases will appear in your account within 30 days of the date of dispatch and have an additional waiting period of 14 days before they can be redeemed.

    After the 14 days waiting period has passed, earned points will be released and added to your available balance.


  1. How do I redeem my points for rewards?

    Log into and go to 'Choose my rewards' in My Account. Once you've selected your reward, add it to your bag and checkout. Orders that include purchased products in addition to your rewards will ship free if the purchase is €50+. Gold Tier members receive free economy shipping for all orders including rewards.
  2. Can my voucher be combined with other promotional offers?

    Please note you may use one voucher per order and may combine it with any current gift offer that does not require a code on the site, providing your total order value is over the qualifying spend threshold of €50.

    Please note Build Your Own Kit is excluded from all discount promotions, including vouchers.
