Be comfortably seated on a chair, holding your back straight.

Movements to perform:

Place your arms under a table or desk,
palms facing up.

Press against the bottom of its surface for 1 minute.

Release, then repeat a few minutes later, twice more!

Starting Position:
Stand with your feet together, 1 m from a wall
hands placed upon it, arms bent, your body gently
inclined, actively engaging your muscles
to stimulate circulation

Movements to perform:

Keeping your elbows by your body, slowly flexing
your arms as much as possible, maintaining
your muscles contracted.

Hold in place at least 5 seconds.

Return to your initial position, following the same rhythm.

Repeat this movement 10 times.
